July 19 - After a great weekend at Highland, we are pumped to have another SHOCK Mountain Bike Race tonight!  The weather appears to be perfect, and the trails are super fast.  It will be the same courses as last week, but we hope to add a lap to each group...so bring lots of water!  Same schedule as usual...group practice starts at 5:30pm.  We hope to see everyone tonight for a great night of mountain biking!

July 11 - Well, we rode the trails today in the rain to set the upper course.  And while it was wet, the trail was in good shape.  With the forecasted sun for tomorrow, the trails should be in great shape!  So, we are good to go for a 5:30pm start.  Please arrive a bit early to get your stuff in order as we will start with a practice and then the racing!  Also, I would love to have a huge group go to the Bradbury Series on Wednesday.  They now have a shorter course for the 5-8 year old division.  I will give more information at the event on Monday!

July 4 - We apologize for the confusion associated with the first event.  Due to the condition of the park, we have decided to postpone the series for this year.  While it is probably still safe to ride, it is not safe enough to run a competition.  What I would like to do is still host a couple of events at the end of July and in August.  That will give us the chance to get the park in proper condition.  People who have paid for the series can get a refund or put it towards the entry fee of the upcoming events.  I am sorry for the late notice, but there are things that are out of our control and my first and foremost concern is the safety of the kids.

June 27 - At the point, the status of the BMX series is still up in the air.  As of today, the park is still not in the shape that we need it to be to run an event.  We will keep our eye on the park and let you know about the event scheduled for Wednesday.  If we have to delay the first event, then we will probably cancel the series with the hopes of doing a couple of single contests throughout the summer.  Either way, keep riding, getting better, and spreading the word!  We are also working on a new date for Rye!
